In a commendable display of community service, Navya Srijan Sewa Sansthan, in collaboration with KD Multispeciality Hospital, orchestrated a Free Medical Health Checkup Camp at Bahu Fort. The event, held at Saryara Sabha, Press Morh, catered to the healthcare needs of the residents, witnessing a turnout of over 200 individuals.
Gracing the occasion as Chief Guest was Gaurav Gupta, Secretary of Jammu Club and former Secretary General of CCI Jammu, along with Deepak Gupta, Convener of N-Tripple-S. Gupta emphasized the importance of promoting such initiatives, stressing the prioritization of health. He underscored the significance of early diagnosis in mitigating the risk of severe ailments, lauding the doctors for their unwavering dedication, even on non-working days.
Adding to the event’s prestige was the presence of SP South Sh. Ajay Sharma, who, as Guest of Honor, commended the medical personnel for their tireless efforts. Sharma urged society to unite against societal evils like drugs and land mafia, hailing initiatives like the health camp as blessings that must be encouraged and replicated for the betterment of the community.
Anuradha Charak, State Vice President of BJP, presided over the program, joined by senior party members including Sharada Kumari, Vivek Pattyad, Sumit Kumar, and others. The camp saw the participation of esteemed medical professionals from KD Multispeciality Hospital, including Dr. Rabijeet Singh, Dr. Ghazi, Dr. Pallak Koundal, and Dr. Deepakshi Vaid, alongside a dedicated team of medical staff.
