A family was allegedly thrashed by unknown people outside hotel Fortune in Jammu city yesterday evening on the eve of Holi and had received serious injuries in this assault.
The incident happened near the backside of hotel Fortune in Jammu, when a man, his father, brother were attacked with sharp weapons by unknown individuals.
Narrating the murderous attack, the victim man said,”We went to buy some snacks and as I was standing outside the hotel some boys came and asked me what I was doing there. I told them that I’m was awaiting my brother who went to buy momos”.
He added, “They slapped me for no reason. I informed my family about the incident and when they came we all were attacked by them with axes and other things”.
“I have suffered injuries on my chest and back with axe. They have also attacked my father and my brother is still bleeding from his head wounds. I don’t even know them”, he said.
“We locals are not safe in Jammu because non-locals are attacking us. We request SSP sir to provide us justice”, he appealed.
