Jammu, Jan 24 (Gulistan News TV)  Inspector General of police Kashmir zone V.K Birdi said multi-tier security has been arranged across Kashmir and urged people to participate in large numbers for smooth Republic Day celebrations. Speaking to media persons as per news agency , on the sidelines of a Full Dress Rehearsal at Bakshi Stadium, Srinagar, IG Kashmir V.K Birdi said that, Multi tier Security arrangements are in Place across Kashmir valley.
