Moose Wala murder case: Punjab Police to question singers Babbu Maan, Mankirt Aulakh

The Punjab Police is all set to question singers Babbu Maan and Mankirt Aulakh both of whom had received death threats from gangsters in the Sidhu Moose Wala murder case. A music director has also been summoned along with Maan and Aulakh in connection with the murder case.

Singers Babbu Maan and Mankirt Aulakh and music director Nishan Singh allegedly had differences with Sidhu Moose Wala, who was murdered in May this year. This development comes after Sidhu Moose Wala’s father, Balkaur Singh, said that some singers and people from the music industry were responsible for his son’s murder. He recently met Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav and threatened to reveal their names to the police.

Mankirt Aulakh, who received a death threat from a gangster group, had earlier denied his involvement in the Moose Wala murder via an Instagram post. Babbu Maan and Moose Wala also shared a cold relationship as they indirectly attacked each other publicly during their shows.

However, this is not the first time Punjabi singers are being questioned for their alleged links with gangsters. B Parak, Afsana Khan, and Dilpreet Dhillon have already been questioned by the central probe agency, NIA, which is investigating gangster-terrorist nexus cases.
