Ravinder Singh, a Kashmiri Sikh man, who went missing two months ago after jumping into the Chenab river in J&K’s Ramban district has been found life less today.
The matter happened when the man drove to Ramban from Jammu and parked his car near Chenab river’s bank and jumped into the Chenab river reportedly two months ago as claimed by a local eye-witness, who tried to save him from committing suicide.
The deceased’s body has been recovered by SDRF team from Chenab river in Banihal town of Ramban district. He was resident of Sili gam village of Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
He is survived by a 3-year-old daughter and wife. He was a Medical representative by profession.
Ravinder’s body was taken to District Hospital Ramban for the post-mortem examination.
