Minor girl raped in Police quarters in Jammu

A minor girl was raped by a youth allegedly in a police quarter in Jammu city yesterday evening.
As per report, the incident happened when a minor girl, who was on her way to a local temple in Jammu yesterday evening abducted by a youth on the way, who took her to his father’s govt allotted police quarter and raped her.
When the victim girl became unconscious the rapist took her to a local govt hospital and ran away. However, when the girl gained senses she informed her father and police about the crime happened with her.
On the basis of girl’s complaint the Gandhi Nagar police station Jammu registered a case under relevant sections of the POSCO act of IPC and launched a probed to nab the rapist who is at large.
The culprit is son of a J&K police constable (Havaldar) who kidnapped the temple going minor girl and raped her.
