Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has once again been summoned by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the excise policy scam. According to sources, the central agency has asked Sisodia to appear before it for another round of questioning on February 26.
The new summons by CBI came a day after it deferred the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader’s questioning after he sought time from the agency citing the city government’s ongoing Budget exercise.Earlier, the probe agency had asked Sisodia to appear for questioning on February 19.
