An unidentified man was badly injured after he hits by a moving train near Budgam-Srinagar railway station around 1050 hours.
The man was hit by the train Thursday morning resulting in injuries to him.
Railway official said he was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment, where his condition is said to be critical.
The official said the identity of the person was being ascertained.
