A 24-year-old youth identified as Vinod Kumar s/o Ramesh Chander has taken his own life in J&K’s Udhampur district yesterday night.
The youth reportedly hanged himself to death in his room after having dinner yesterday night. He was working as a plumber.
The family of the deceased found the man lifeless inside his room hanging to the ceiling fan at Dalah village in Udhampur. It is yet to be known what forced the man to take this extreme step.
The police has sent the victim’s body to GMC, Udhampur when they reached at the scene.
After conducting the deceased’s post-mortem the police will register a case under relevant sections of the law.
