Man held with two minors in Human trafficking case

Jammu city police on Thursday held a man with two minor girls from Residency area of Jammu in Human trafficking case.

As per report, a West Bengal resident brought two Bangladeshi girls aged ’17’ to Jammu and when the accused approached a hotel in Residency road area of Jammu city to book a room, the hotel owner got him apprehended when he couldn’t produce valid id’s of the minor girls.

The hotel staff informed the Jammu city police and a team headed by Incharge Mohinder Singh nabbed the accused along with two under age girls.

The girls were brought to India on the pretext of marriage in Kashmir.

The accused has been identified as Nitish Vishwas s/o Neel Kamal Vishwas resident of West Bengal state.

A case under relevant sections of the IPC has been registered against the accused at Jammu city police station.
