Continuing their war against drugs the Kathua police on Monday held a man with 12 bottles of intoxicating cough syrup in the district.
According to the report, the Kathua police under the supervision of SSP Kathu, Shivdeep Singh Jamwal today intercepted a man at Varmora in Ward No.14 of Kathua district, who was coming from Hatli Morh. The police on checking the accused discovered 12 bottles of intoxicating cough syrup.
The accused has been identified as Karan Singh resident of Ward No.4 of Dhana, Kathua.
A case has been registered under relevant sections of NDPS act at Kathua police station.
