Locals in Dashmesh Nagar area of Jammu on Wednesday caught a burglary red-handed and handed over him to police later.
According to the report, the incident happened when a thief barged into a house and his accomplice remained outside the residence’s gate to keep a vigil in Dashmesh Nagar in Jammu.
A local man saw one of the thief sitting outside the target house and inquired about his presence and when he failed to provide any logical answer, the man understood that he is a burglar and turned him over to police.
The burglars have been identified as residents of Punjab state.
