Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha Sunday extended greetings to all CISF personnel and their families on Raising Day of the force.
LG Sinha commended their work, saying the force tirelessly works for safety and security of vital establishments of the country.
Taking to micro-blogging site X Office of LG J&K said, “Greetings to all CISF personnel and their families on @CISFHQrs Raising Day. The CISF work tirelessly for safety and security of our vital establishments. Salute to their indomitable courage, bravery, and dedicated service to the nation”.
It is worthwhile to mention that CISF is a federal police organisation in India under the Ministry of Home Affairs. It is one among the Central Armed Police Forces, which provides security to over 356 industrial units, government infrastructure projects and facilities and establishments located all over India.
