Lalit Modi threatens to drag Rahul to UK court, says he will send evidence

Lalit Modi has attacked the Congress in several tweets for calling him a fugitive. He said that he will take Rahul Gandhi to the UK court.

Rahul Gandhi and the Congress are constantly attacking fugitive Lalit Modi, former commissioner and founder of IPL. Now Lalit Modi has retaliated against Rahul Gandhi’s allegations and threatened to take him to the UK court.

In a series of tweets, Lalit Modi objected for calling him a fugitive and said that he has not been convicted. Lalit Modi called himself an ordinary citizen.

Lalit Modi’s attack on Rahul Gandhi has come at a time when the Congress leader has been sentenced to two years imprisonment for the statement on Modi surname, after which he has also lost his membership of the Lok Sabha.

Lalit Modi asked – How is he a fugitive?

On being called a fugitive, former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi raised the question and said, “I see that everyone and Rahul Gandhi’s aides repeatedly says that I am a fugitive.” Why? How ?”

Called Rahul Gandhi Pappu

Lalit Modi said when was I convicted. I am not like Pappu Rahul Gandhi, I am a common citizen and I am saying that it seems the opposition leaders have nothing to do. They either have wrong information or they speak out of vendetta.

Lalit Modi further said, “I have decided to take Rahul Gandhi to court in the UK immediately. I am sure he will have to come up with some concrete evidence. I look forward to seeing him make a complete fool of himself.

Didn’t take a single penny – Lalit Modi

Lalit Modi said, it has not been proved that I have taken a single penny in 15 years. It has definitely been proved that I created the world’s biggest sports event which has earned about 100 billion dollars.

Tagging several Congress leaders, Lalit Modi claimed that these leaders have assets abroad and they can send their address and photos.

Lalit Modi said, “The Gandhi family feels that they are the rightful ones to rule.” He also said that he would come back to the country, but for this strict law would have to be passed.
