KRIBHCO fertilizers employees struggling to cover their earned salaries

The Gramin Vikas Trust, a social wing of the esteemed KRIBHCO Fertilisers, a renowned PSU in the Indian fertiliser industry, has been actively involved in the flagship program of the Jal Jeevan Mission initiated by Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the past two years. However, a cloud of uncertainty now looms over the lives of more than 200 dedicated employees who have been tirelessly working under the trust to ensure the success of this vital mission.

For the past 6-8 months, these devoted individuals, who have invested not only their time and energy but also their own financial resources, have been struggling to recover their rightfully earned salaries from the organization. Despite their continuous efforts to engage with the management, their grievances have gone unanswered, leaving them in a dire financial predicament.

The individuals working with the Gramin Vikas Trust have played an integral role in the execution and implementation of the Jal Jeevan Mission, contributing significantly to its progress and success. However, their hard-earned money is now at risk, and they are facing severe challenges in maintaining their daily livelihoods.

This alarming situation is not an isolated incident. Reports suggest that the Gramin Vikas Trust may be involved in similar cases in other states as well. It has come to our attention that numerous social media pages are flooded with requests from individuals in different states, appealing for the release of their pending salaries.

We, as concerned citizens and advocates for justice, earnestly appeal to Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Minister for Cooperative Society Mr. Amit Shah to intervene in this matter. The livelihoods of these dedicated individuals are at stake, and their predicament is a cause for grave concern. It is imperative that immediate action be taken to address their grievances and ensure that their hard-earned salaries are released without further delay.

The Gramin Vikas Trust’s role in the Jal Jeevan Mission is crucial for the welfare of countless citizens across India. It is disheartening to see that those who have dedicated themselves to this noble cause are now facing financial distress due to unfulfilled promises.

We trust that the honorable Prime Minister and the Minister for Cooperative Society will take cognizance of this situation and work towards a swift resolution. The well-being of these individuals is not only a matter of justice but also reflects the commitment of the government to the welfare of its citizens.
