The injury worries keep mounting for KKR as star all-rounder Andre Russell had to walk off the ground after picking up three wickets in 2.1 overs against Sunrisers Hyderabad on Friday.
Russell has been a vital cog for KKR in the IPL and has been their main man with both bat and ball. The West Indian all-rounder was their highest wicket-taker last season.
