Kajol has acquired an additional property in Mumbai, following her earlier apartment purchase this year. The actress procured the office space in July, with documents obtained from Propstack revealing that Vir Savarkar Projects Pvt Ltd was the seller.

Property Details: The office space spans a carpet area of 194.67 square meters and is situated in Signature Building on Veera Desai Road, Andheri West, Mumbai. The agreement for the purchase was finalized on July 28.

Recent High-Value: Acquisitions by Kajol and Ajay In April, Kajol also invested in a ₹16.50 crore apartment, spanning 2,493 square feet and including four reserved parking spaces. Her husband, Ajay Devgn, made a substantial acquisition as well, purchasing five office spaces valued at ₹45.09 crore.

Work and Recent Roles: Kajol’s recent projects include appearances in “Lust Stories 2” and “The Trial.” While “Lust Stories 2” was a Netflix anthology, “The Trial” was a Disney+ Hotstar series, adapted from the Hollywood show “The Good Wife.” In “The Trial,” Kajol portrayed Noyonika Sengupta, a housewife who returns to practicing law following her husband’s public scandal and subsequent imprisonment. The series follows her journey as she navigates complex relationships and seeks justice for her husband.

Upcoming Project: “Do Patti” Kajol’s next venture, “Do Patti,” features her alongside Kriti Sanon. The film is produced by Kathha Pictures and co-produced by Kriti Sanon. Written by Kanika Dhillon and directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi (BOB), the film is set to exclusively stream on Netflix India.
