J&K’s development is the top priority of PM Modi from last ten years: LG Sinha

The J&K LG Manoj Sinha on Thursday after warmly welcoming PM Modi by gifting a Kashmiri shawl on the stage at Bakshi Nagar stadium said that in last ten years PM Modi’s utmost priority is the development of J&K.

Standing on the stage in Bakshi Nagar studium in Srinagar, LG Manoj Sinha said, “PM have dedicated every moment of his life from past ten years for the peace and progress of the people who were living on the margins from decades”.

“The crown of India ‘J&K’ is now shining in glory which bled for three decades by terrorism and separatism is now living in tranquility under the leadership of PM Modi. I want to tell PM Modi that this ground was made in 1960”.

Referring to 2014 devastating Kashmir floods, he added, “The way PM Modi helped the people of valley during 2014 Kashmir floods, the people of valley still remember it. This FiFA standard stadium was made only when you gave Rs 4500 crore under (Prime Minister’s development Package) PMDP, which has sitting capacity of 35,000 people”.

“The way people have come to see PM Modi has packed this stadium and even 10,000 are standing outside the stadium”,he claimed.

“We couldn’t gave space to everyone and say sorry for the same. The dream of women empowerment have turned into reality and due to your schemes we have gained success. We have seen your love for Kashmir during the ‘Man Ki Baat’ whether you talk about Nadru, snow cricket or tourism or saffron labourers, promotion of Pashmina and it has made a big impact on J&K’s progress”, he further said.
