On accessing the positive developments in Adminstrative department and at Highest level( CS and GAD) on the various enlisted issues projected in the protest leave programme be it filling up of vacancies,regularisation , recruitment, and commitment of chief Secretary,Principal Secretary PDD today and in all meetings that have happened till date since the protest programme. Accordingly Guidance Councils of both regions, after assessing the ground situation,have decided to defer the the protest programme scheduled for 25th ,26th September by three weeks.
