The Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH-44) remained blocked due to mudslides and shooting stones at Mehad and Kishtwari Pather on Sunday, according to traffic officials.
A J&K Traffic Police official said, “Jammu-Srinagar NHW (NH-44) is blocked due to mudslide and shooting stones at Mehad and Kishtwari Pather.”
“Restoration work is in progress on NH-44. People are advised to avoid journey on till the road is clear. please ask TCU for latest update”, he said.
