Chief Judicial Magistrate Kishtwar directed SHO police station Kishtwar to register an FIR against Patwar Halqa Matta over the allegations of tempering in revenue record beside also directed SHO Kishtwar to also register an FIR against Tehsildar Kishtwar for non compliance & to submit compliance on or before 30th January 2023.
CJM has also sought factual report from the concern Tehsildar with regard to complaint filled by one Munshi Ram against Patwar Halqa Matta and other for tempering in revenue record and the order in this regard was passed on 27th July 2022 with extension sought by the concern twice on 18-8-2022 & 17-10-2022.
