Actresses Jiya Shankar and Palak Purswani confronted each other during the recent episode of Bigg Boss OTT 2. Jiya expressed her frustration to Palak, mentioning that Palak never listens to her and even neglected to wish her on her birthday.
Jiya recounted an incident at her birthday party, where Palak’s behavior bothered her. Jiya confronted Palak, visibly irritated, and said, “Even now, you’re not allowing me to speak. You never listen, Palak, and that’s a fact. You attended my birthday party but chose to spend time and party with others. You posted pictures with them and flooded Instagram with their posts. It was my birthday, yet there wasn’t a single birthday wish or post for me, and you didn’t even feel like talking to me.”
Jiya further added, “It may seem like a small thing, but it mattered to me because you were my best friend, and I would have done that for you. I was deeply hurt by the incident because it was my birthday. Why would my best friend behave that way on my special day? If you had any issues with me and felt like I was ignoring you, you should have approached me and cleared the air. If you give me the cold shoulder, I won’t reciprocate.”
Palak expressed feeling unwanted In response, Palak said, “I felt like I was unwelcome at the party. I sensed that reaction from you.” Jiya mentioned that Palak should have asked her, but Palak insisted they did at the time.
Jiya Shankar then brought up another issue and said, “I had a breakup with someone, and you suddenly started inviting that person to every gathering, everywhere.” Palak argued that Jiya should have openly communicated her concerns and problems, while Jiya claimed that she did.
Jiya added, “It was extremely distressing for me.” Palak Purswani concluded the discussion by stating, “I was also done with it, and it was very exhausting. My intention was to move past it.”
