Jammu Youth killed as house collapses: A youth killed after his mud house collapsed due to landslide triggered due to heavy rains in Kudiya village of Kishtwar on Thursday.
As per sources, The incident took place in Kudiya Village of Kishtwar , when heavy torrents caused landslides due to which a mud house collapsed leaving a youth dead under its debris and damaged two cow sheds.
The youth have been identified as Arshad Hussain, whose body was pulled out by the villagers from the house rubble following a rescue operation.
Later, the local police came on the scene of the incident. Yesterday at mid night about 0330hrs land slide was happened near kurya pull on house of in Mohammed Iqbal ganie In which one person namely Arshad Ahmed Ganie (age 19 years)s/o Mohammad Iqbal Ganie was gone under slide. local peoples rushed on the spot and recovered the said person in dead condition and two cow shed also damaged due to land slide namely Nazir Ahamed shah s/o sabir Shah
