On Saturday, Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd terminated the employment of Sajad Bazaz, who held the position of chief manager, effective immediately.

According to an official statement issued by J&K Bank, the Managing Director’s statement mentioned that, after careful consideration of the information presented in a report from credible sources, it has been determined that the actions of Sajad Ahmad Bazaz, who was serving as the Chief Manager with employee code number 4484 in the Internal Communication and Marketing Department, warrant his immediate dismissal from employment based on the relevant rules and provisions.

The statement also indicated that, in accordance with Rule/Provision 12.29 in the Organization’s Service Manual (OSM), due to considerations concerning the security of the State, there will not be a formal inquiry conducted in the case of Sajad Ahmad Bazaz, Chief Manager with code number 4484. Consequently, Sajad Ahmad Bazaz is hereby relieved from his position as Chief Manager, with employee code number 4484, effective immediately, as stated in the order.
