J-K: People expressed gratitude after Drug de-addiction center established

After an alarming rise in drug addiction in Kashmir’s Kulgam district, the local authorities started a full-fledged de-addiction facility in the hospital. This bore bear fruit in the center where 50-60 patients visit daily and are being treated. The local people expressed gratitude to the local authorities for establishing a Drug de-addiction center there.
The center is the first such facility in the district. It has been set up by the local govt to help children and adults suffering from drug abuse. Several drug abusers have been treated at drug centre Kulgam and their parents are thanking local regime for setting up this such treatment facility for their kids.
Doctors are doing their best to help people who are addicted to drugs. The patients are being provided free of cost medicines, stay and admission, the report said.
