Congress Parliamentary Party chairperson Sonia Gandhi on Saturday condoled the death of party’s Jalandhar MP Santokh Singh Chaudhary, who died earlier in the day after suffering a cardiac arrest during the Bharat Jodo Yatra and wrote to the politician’s wife condoling his demise.
In her letter to Kamaljit Kaur, Sonia Gandhi termed the death of the party MP an “irreparable loss”.In this hour of grief, I express my heartfelt condolences to you and your entire family. I can understand the pain you and your family is going through. It is an irreparable loss for all of us,” the letter read.
