India’s daily count of new Covid-19 cases decreased slightly on Saturday, with 10,753 cases reported. The previous day, the country had recorded 11,109 cases, while the tally was 10,158 cases on Thursday.
According to the health ministry data, the total number of people who have recovered from Covid-19 in India so far is 4,42,23,211, with a recovery rate of 98.70%. The death toll due to the disease has increased to 5,31,091 with 27 new fatalities. The fatality rate remains at 1.19%.
