Srinagar,April 13 :Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir Zone V K Birdi extended warm and heartfelt greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Baisakhi, a festival celebrated with great fervor and devotion across the region.
In his message IGP said, “On this joyful occasion of Baisakhi, I extend my sincere greetings and best wishes to all. May this festival bring harmony, brotherhood, peace, progress, and prosperity to everyone.”
He emphasized the importance of the festival as a symbol of unity and cultural heritage, urging people to celebrate the day in the spirit of togetherness and mutual respect.
The IGP also expressed hope that Baisakhi will strengthen the bonds among diverse communities and pave the way for a peaceful and progressive society in Jammu and Kashmir.
