In a proactive measure to ensure the peaceful observance of Muharram, Inspector General of Police (IGP), Kashmir Zone, Vidhi Kumar Birdi Saturday directed the officers to implement foolproof security arrangements across Kashmir.During a high-level security review meeting at the Police Control Room (PCR) in Srinagar, attended by top officials from various security agencies, IGP Birdi emphasised the importance of meticulous planning and coordination to manage the large-scale religious processions expected during this period.
