The Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Brigadier (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd) and First Lady Smt Neelam Mishra celebrated Holi and International Women’s Day with the staff at Raj Niwas. Advisor, Shri Umang Narula and Secretary, Shri Ravinder Kumar were present during the event.
HLG wished all the staff on the occasion of Holi and International Women’s Day. Highlighting the need to celebrate festivals of all religions, HLG stressed the need to be righteous and also to help needy people. He emphasised the importance of providing quality education and good health services to the people in society. He advised everyone to help those in need of quality education and good healthcare facilities.
First Lady Smt Neelam Mishra interacted with the female staff of Raj Niwas and also cut a cake on the occasion. She highlighted the importance of good communication and the need to empower women in society.
