The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has got an FIR registered against 13 persons, including former INLD MLA Dilbag Singh, for allegedly carrying out illegal mining and causing damage to environment, besides other violations.
On the complaint of Naveen Aggarwal, Joint Director, Gurugram Zonal Office (ED), the case was registered at the Pratap Nagar police station on January 19. The firms related to them allegedly committed several violations to undertake mining business.
