S.P. Vaid slammed Jammu & Kashmir administration

Talking to Gulistan News, the former Director General of Police of Jammu & Kashmir, S.P.Vaid said:
This is a very serious matter and it should be investigated. Whenever any officer is supposed to visit whether from Home Ministry office or Prime Ministry office, then there is a proper procedure like we got call, Email, letter, FAX or other kind of communication from them. Police should look who has given them this wrong information.
He said ‘I heard through media that some District Magistrate has given such information to SSP security and has asked to give him security’. He said how can they provide someone a Z plus security on the bases of verbal conversation. He further added, who accommodate him in a 5 star hotel, who allows him to chair a meeting with officers, there should be proper detailed investigation.
Vaid added, the kind of fraud Kiran Patel did needs to be investigated with all those officers who facilitates him, and defame the status of state. Police should take action against all those officers who asked SSP Security to allot him a security without investigating the matter.
He slammed the government for allotting Kiran Patel a blood proof car, Z plus security, mentioned if he would have really working as Additional Director in Prime Minister office still he was not eligible to be entitled with such facilities.
He said, I don’t think it will come in Home Minister or Lieutenant Governor’s notice. These matters are going on official level whether Deputy Commissioner, Divisional Commissioner or other officers. There should be proper investigation and whosoever is involved and found guilty should be punished.
