Government Middle School Kanji celebrated Parents Day – for the imperative role of parents in the upbringing of children.
Councillor Lamayuru, Dr. Murup Dorje was present as the chief guest on the occasion. Students performed various vibrant cultural dances during the occasion.
Headmaster, Govt Middle School Kanji expressed his gratitude to the Councilor for various amenities provided to the school, such as Public Address (PA) system, solar water heater and wooden flooring for classrooms.
He further thanked the Guest from Italy, Mr. Mario and Miss Gabriella for providing free uniforms, tracksuits, and shoes to the students.
Later students were facilitated by the chief guest.
Zonal Education Planning Officer; Zonal Resource Persons; and Headmasters from Khaltse were also present during the occasion.
