The J&K government on Saturday appointed seven officers as observers to oversee preliminary examination to be conducted on Sunday (8th October) for the posts of Civil Judge (Junior Division) in the subordinate judiciary.
According to an order copy lying with the Press News Of India, the examination would be conducted in two sessions at Jammu and Srinagar centres. Among the seven officers, three officers have been appointed for Jammu centre and four for Srinagar centre.
The officers appointed as observers for Jammu centre are Joint Director Forensic Science Laboratory Jammu Gurmukh Singh, Joint Director Handloom Jammu Pradeep Singh and Development Officer Handicrafts (Textiles) Jammu Fareed Ahmad Kohli.
For the Srinagar centre, the four officers appointed as observers are Joint Director Hospitality and Protocol, Kashmir Fayaz Ahmad Fayaz; Additional Mission Director J&K Rural Livelihood Mission, Kashmir Reyaz Ahmad Beigh; Joint Director, Information, Kashmir, Mohammad Aslam and Joint Director Youth Services and Sports, Kashmir Waseem Raja.
“The exact deployment of the above officers shall be made by the J&K Public Service Commission,” reads the order.
