After witnessing mixed trends in the Indian markets yesterday, both gold and silver rates edged lower today. Precious metals were trading on the lower side of the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Thursday, March 2, 2023.
Gold futures, maturing on April 5, 2023, stood at Rs 55,820 per 10 grams, recording a marginal dip of Rs 28 or 0.05 per cent. The previous close was recorded at Rs 55,830.Similarly, silver futures, due on May 5, 2023, witnessed a downfall of Rs 112 or 0.17 percent and were retailing at Rs 64,493 per kg on the MCX against the previous close of Rs 64,541.
