Both gold and silver rates edged lower today. Precious metals were trading on the lower side of the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Monday, April 3, 2023.
Gold futures, maturing on June 5, 2023, stood at Rs 59,342 per 10 grams, recording a marginal dip of Rs 316 or 0.53 per cent. The previous close was recorded at Rs 59,612.Similarly, silver futures, due on May 5, 2023, witnessed a downfall of Rs 760 or 1.05 percent and were retailing at Rs 71,811 per kg on the MCX against the previous close of Rs 72,218.
