GOC Tiger Division pays tributes to bravehearts on Vijay Divas
Major Gen Gaurav Gautam, GOC Tiger Division in Jammu today paid tributes to the bravehearts in a ceremonial wreath laying ceremony at Balidan Stambh on the occasion of Vijay Diwas.
Later, he interacted with the troops of the Tiger Division and lauded their morale to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and dedication towards duty while safeguarding the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Nation.
Vijay Diwas marks India’s triumph over Pakistan during the 1971 war, which ended in the creation of Bangladesh from erstwhile East Pakistan.
