Delhiites woke up to a foggy morning on Monday, leading to poor visibility and spelling trouble for commuters. The weather department had predicted moderate fog for today.
National Highway-24 near Akshardham Temple was shrouded in a thick blanket of fog. Not just in Delhi, but fog was also visible in the NCR region. A thick layer of fog was also seen in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad today.After unseasonably warm December days, a cold wave hit Delhi-NCR with the minimum temperature dipping to six degrees Celsius. Dense fog was witnessed in ITO, Kashmiri Gate, Mayur Vihar and Geeta Colony areas of Delhi.
