In good news for the people of Jammu city, the government has decided to connect the Circular road near Jullaka Mohalla with Jammu Heritage Complex, through a flyover Bridge.
The present road is narrow and is often witness to frequent traffic jams because of the traffic plying from both ends of the roads. Additionally, the road is also a victim of landslides and has sunk in, during the rains, in the past as well.
Fulfilling a long-pending demand, the Jammu and Kashmir government on Saturday accorded sanctions for the construction of 250 Metre span Flyover Bridge with approaches, connecting the Circular road near Jullaka Mohalla with Heritage Complex, Jammu.
The flyover bridge will be constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 23.50 Crore.
