While Talking Lila Devi Sarpanch Panchayat Halqa Barta , Block Jaganoo District udhampur said that after Three tier Panchayat Raj System implemented in Jammu and Kashmir Panchayats Empower and Sarpanches get Direct Funds for the Development of the Particular Panchayat . she added that we Utilized the PRI CAPEX Budget and established Open air Gym here in Panchayat Ghar Complex and the Youth as well as School Going Childerns who earlier spent their time by watching tv and Use smart Phones now come here and do different exercises in said gym and make them Physically and mentally fit . She added that earlier youth use Excess Smartphone which is harmful for their mind and health to keep them fit and away from drugs this open air gym established. She added that she thanks to Prime Minister and LG Administration.
