A fire broke out in second storey of under construction building of AIIMS in Vijaypur area of Samba district on Sunday.
An official told that a massive fire broke out in the under construction building of AIIMS Vijaypur.
He said that the incident was first noticed by an employee who saw smoke rising from the second floor of AIIMS.
Short circuit is said to be the cause of the fire, he said, adding that DC Samba Abhishek Sharma, SHO Vijaypur and fire tenders are on the spot and efforts are on douse off the fire
