Doda, May 30 : Dr. Madhu Chib, Associate Professor at Government Medical College (GMC) Doda, has lodged an FIR against Hon’ble MLA Mehraj Malik at Police Station Doda under Sections 356(2), 79, and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
In response, MLA Mehraj Malik has alleged that Dr. Chib has been practicing at a local nursing home during official working hours an accusation that adds another layer of controversy to the situation.
