Rajouri 31st of may 2023 Excise department destroyed 5000kg Lahan in Forest Area’s of Nowshera Tehsil during different raids carried out to arrest the mence of illicit liquor in Excise subrange Rajouri. On the directions of Worthy Excise Commissioner, Sh Pankaj Kumar Sharma, JKAS and supervision of Deputy Excise Commissioner (Executive) Smt Kusum Sharma JKAS, and under the direct supervision of Narinder Singh Excise and Taxation officer Excise range Rajouri -Poonch,A team’ of Excise subrange Rajouri led by ETO and along with Inspector Mohd. Parvez Ahmed and Excise guard Mohd. Azeem Mohd. Bashir Mirza Mohd. Aslam Javed Iqwal,and Niyamatullah conducted series of raids at Chowki Handan Nonyal Gohra and Forest areas of tain mahal and adjoining areas ofTehsil Nowshera.In the process 5000kg Of Lahan raw material which is highly hazardous and injurious to health, recovered from state land and later destroyed on spot
