IndiGo flight from Bangalore to Varanasi made an emergency landing midway. During this, there were a total of 137 passengers in the flight.
Emergency landing of IndiGo flight from Bangalore to Varanasi was done at Shamshabad Airport. Indigo’s flight 6E897 had left at 5.10 am, but due to technical problems, the aircraft had to land in an emergency at Shamshabad airport.
A total of 137 people were on board the flight. It was announced to arrange a second flight for all the passengers.
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) said that all 137 passengers are safe. The flight took off from Bangalore to Varanasi.
Earlier on April 1, a bird collided with a cargo plane after flying from Delhi to Dubai. After issuing an alert, Flight was brought back to Delhi airport.
During the investigation, it was found that there was a crack in the windshield of the plane due to the collision of the bird. However, after some time the plane took off again.
