A delegation of eight members of parliament both from Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha headed by Nitan Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport and Highway arrived in summer capital Srinagar, officials said.
An official told news agency Kashmir Dot Com that eight members of Parliament from Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha have arrived in Srinagar on Sunday to check the ground situation in Kashmir. They will meet top officials of the J & K administration here, he said
Nitan Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport and Highway, Ghulam Nabi Khatna, Member of Parliament Raja Sabha, Jagdembika Pal, Member of Parliament Lok Sabha, Dr Chendrasen Jodon, Member of Parliament Raja Lok Sabha, PR Nagarjuna, Former Member of Parliament Raja Lok Sabha, Dr Lorton S Pfizer, Member of Parliament Raja Lok Sabha, P Ravindhranath, Member of Parliament Raja Lok Sabha and Chandan Singh, Member of Parliament Raja Lok Sabha have arrived in Srinagar, he added.
