Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has told the Enforcement Directorate that Vijay Nair, who is one of the arrested accused in the alleged liquor scam, used to report to Ministers Atishi and Saurabh Bharadwaj, and not to him, ASG SV Raju said in the court on Monday (April 1).

His alleged involvement stems from his tenure as the party’s communication in-charge, coinciding with the period in which the purported scam unfolded.

When sources asked Atishi at the premises of the Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi about her name appearing in the case, she ignored the question and kept walking.
