DRDO UAV crashes in Karnataka: According to the news agency, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) produced by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) crashed in the agricultural fields of a Karnataka village on Sunday.

The TAPAS 07 A-14 UAV descended outside Vaddikere the village in Hiriyur taluk during a test flight. The DRDO has yet to make an official statement on the subject.

Tapas BH-201, or Tactical Airborne Platform for Aerial Surveillance-Beyond Horizon-201, is a long-endurance unmanned aerial vehicle that was previously known as Rustom-II.

After the thunderous collision, residents gathered at the disaster site, and local authorities were contacted. Videos and photographs reveal that the UAV is completely destroyed, with its equipment dispersed throughout the area.
