DPAP Spokesperson Writes Letter to Priyanka Gandhi Vadra Over “Mir Jaffer” Remarks

Thakur Randeep Bhandari, the Spokesperson for DPAP in J&K, has written a letter to Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, bringing to her attention recent remarks made during an emotional speech at RajGhat. In the letter, Bhandari reminds Gandhi of the contributions made by her family to the country, while also pointing out that a member of her party, Jai Ram Ramesh, had previously used similar language to describe Ghulam Nabi Azad.

Bhandari states that while the comments made by BJP are condemnable, it is important to hold all political leaders accountable for their words and actions. He suggests that as an ethical individual, it would have been appropriate for Gandhi to advise her party member to refrain from using such language.
