Focusing on Data Accuracy and Maternal-Child Health Improvement

Today, 18th March 2025, HMIS/RCH training was successfully conducted under the able leadership of Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Poonch, Dr. Parvaiz Ahmed Khan. The training session was led by District Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (DMEO) Qamer Javid Qazi, with the esteemed presence of District Immunization Officer (DIO) Dr. Zahira Parveen, Block Medical Officer (BMO) Dr. Riaz Jaab, District Program Manager (DPM) Nikhat Khawaja, and District ASHA Coordinator Mr. Rehman. The session was attended by BMEOs of Mendhar, Mandi, and Surankote, along with Data Entry Operators (DEOs) from all districts.

During the training, an in-depth discussion was held on key HMIS indicators, focusing on their significance, data accuracy, and the importance of validation checks. Participants were trained on the correct methodology for data entry, ensuring er
