Director Colleges Affairs in collaboration with EJM College Leh conducted a half day workshop on National Education Policy 2020 for the teachers of Higher Secondary Schools of Leh district, keeping in view of the implementation of the NEP in the coming session of 2023-24 in the colleges of Ladakh. About 50 lecturers from different HSS schools of Leh district participated in the workshop, despite being on winter vocation. Prof. Deskyong Namgyal and Prof. Tashi Ldawa conducted the workshop and appraised the teachers of the importance of NEP 2020 and the need of its understanding by the HSS teachers for further dissemination to the students of the Schools who will be taking admission in the college. It was followed by interactive session. Principal EJM College Leh/Director Colleges Affairs Dr. Sameena Iqbal thanked the participants and the resource persons for taking their time and anticipated further dissemination of the information among the students by the teachers.
